and OpenNetwork Technologies to Deliver E-Business Solutions

it has entered into a reseller and services agreement with CALNET
Inc., a leading e-business integration services company to government
and private organizations.
Under
the terms of the agreement, CALNET's e-business services organization
will implement and incorporate OpenNetwork's flagship product,
DirectorySmart, into its commerce, portal, security and digital
media e-business framework solutions. DirectorySmart defines
and enforces online security policies and secures and manages
user access to protected Web applications. The partnership will
focus on helping government organizations deliver secure mission-critical
information and services to their respective constituents. CALNET's
e-security framework of infrastructure, application and transaction
provides a secure Web environment and helps organizations identify
misuse and abuse of services and IT resources. DirectorySmart
enhances CALNET's offerings because of its LDAP, single sign-on
and platform-independent architecture among other benefits.
