CALNET Joins Cable & Wireless Channel Sales Partner Program
Agreement Brings Data, IP and Voice Communications Services
to CALNET Customers

VIENNA, VA January 25, 2002CALNET, Inc., a leading

announced today that it has joined the Cable & Wireless
(NYSE: CWP) Channel Sales Partner program.
As a primary member of the program, CALNET can now offer its
customers Cable & Wireless' data and IP (Internet Protocol)
services along with its existing services. In return, CALNET
will use its extensive information technology and telecom expertise
to provide enhanced sales support for existing Cable & Wireless
customers. With the ability to bundle its existing services
with Cable & Wireless' data and IP services such as such
as high-speed dedicated Internet access, IP-VPN (Virtual Private
Network), web hosting, application hosting and voice solutions,
CALNET can now offer a broader range of solutions to meet a
wider range of customer requirements as well as provide customer
services to existing Cable and Wireless customers.
