Web Application Software Tester with TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph

Job Description

Application Tester for a large scale, web-based application. Develop test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, test data sets, and document expected results. Map test cases to system/software requirements in a verification trace ability matrix. Conduct multiple cycles of functional, system, and regression testing. Conduct verification/validation testing for each software delivery.  May also support certain aspects of performance/stress testing. Conduct testing to confirm that the design or execution of a system, tool or configuration item meets requirements. Categorize discrepancies found during testing and communicate scenario in which discrepancy was found. Document the results of testing, provide test reports, and present the results. 

Job Requirements

Must have strong communication skills with attention to details. Participate in requirements and use case analysis, design reviews, engineering review boards, control gates, etc., as needed.  Provide feedback on "testability" of requirements to other members of the development team.  Serve as part of a team of testers working on-site with the program office, consisting of an integrated team of Staff and Contract employees.  The program uses agile development methodologies. Opportunities to modify overall system testing approach to better fit within agile development model.  Must be willing to work flexible schedule to meet schedule demands, deal with emergency releases, etc.

Experienced tester with proven web-based testing experience. Experience in the use of formal test tools, test cases, and scenarios to drive testing. 

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with TS / SCI and FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH.
