Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) with TS/ SCI clearance

Calnet is looking to provide assistance to the MASINT Committee (MASCOM) and the Director of Central Intelligence at Bolling Airforce Base in Washington, D.C. We are looking for a candidate with SETA background who is a U.S. Citizen with a Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Job Description

The candidate shall assist MASCOM's Analysis and Evaluation element by providing SETA support to conduct and/or lead analysis and evaluation efforts related to MASINT issues. For example, the candidate shall analyze MASINT program elements of multiple Intelligence Community organizations to identify issues, shortfalls, and disconnects between those programs. In addition the candidate shall analyze IC requirements statements and evaluate MASINT programs against those requirements to determine shortfalls in tasking collection, processing, exploitation, and/or dissemination. The candidate shall support projects to identify and analyze alternatives to develop courses of action and recommendations for MASINT issues in the area of programs, R&D, training, and operations and shall identify and evaluate architectures and budget options relative to issues or shortfalls. SETA support shall be provided to develop draft planning and programming guidance and to interface with senior-level MASINT consumers and providers in the identification and resolution of issues or guidance. In other projects, the candidate shall identify MASINT policy issues or shortfalls, conduct analysis and evaluations of alternatives, and draft MASINT policy documents. In these projects, the candidate shall advise the MASINT Committee chairman and the members on technical, programmatic, and policy-related matters. SETA shall be provided to support analysis and evaluation projects addressing cross-INT and cross-agency topics.

Job Requirements

This task will require one candidate with considerable MASINT experience. The individual must have knowledge of MASINT programs, of MASINT research and development, of MASINT Policy as well as both DCI and IC policy. The individual must be knowledgeable of IC organizations, and possess good technical writing, organizational and customer relation skills.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position with TS/SCI clearance.
