We recognize that our success is achieved through our employees. We are conducting a search for a Senior VOIP Software Engineer – Call Processing. The position is located in Rockville, MD. Primary job is to design, develop, and support embedded software on advanced VoIP gateway platforms. Focus is in on strong VoIP Call Control / Signaling experience, especially SIP, with strong embedded systems development experience including system level integration of larger, carrier-class type products. Job Requirements BS CS , BS EE, or equivalent. C/C++ development in embedded systems environment (IDEs, emulation, debuggers, etc). Minimum of 5 years of experience developing real-time embedded software. Experience working with an embedded RTOS. Direct experience working with one or more of the following VoIP call control protocols: SIP, RTP , MGCP, MEGACO, H.323 ( listed in order of preference). Direct experience working with Telecommunications/Data-communications test equipment. Direct experience developing, deploying, and supporting revenue sustaining products and platforms. Desired Direct experience working with one or more of the following PSTN call control protocols: T1/E1 CAS, ISDN-PRI, SS7, GR303, V5.2. Advanced degree in Computer Engineering preferred.
