Sr. Embedded Firmware Engineer with Intel IXP Experience

We are currently seeking a senior level Embedded Firmware Engineer to join a growing team of expert engineers. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing novel algorithms for packet processing.

Job Description

3-5 years experience in system design and embedded programming in the networking or security field. Experience with the Intel IXP family of network processors and experience in developing data path products for the enterprise space on a commercial network processor such as IBM, Intel, EzChip or Agere. Expert programmer in MicroCode and C. Must be familiar with TCP/IP and network protocol disassembly. Experience working with a start-up is a must. Demonstrated ability to design and build complex products. Strong team player and excellent communication skills. Proven leadership abilities.

Job Requirements

Experience programming MicroCode for security products. Experience Linux Kernel internals. BS in CS/EE or equivalent required, MSCS desirable.
