Storage Area Network (SANs)Server Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance

Job Description

Ability to work with Flexible Storage Architecture is required. Demonstrated and proficient WINDOWS NT/2000 and/or UNIX Solaris Operating Systems skills; Mass storage and disk array experience with Compaq EVA preferred, however demonstrated experience and proficiency with other storage disk array configuration and implementations for SANs, (EMC, IBM, Clarion, T3, A5000, etc.) will be considered. Multipathing software experience preferred, with experience in secure path preferred. Experience and proficiency with products like Veritas Volume Manager is recommended. NetBackup experience is preferred, however consideration will be given for experience with other backup products at the enterprise level, (Legato, BackupExec, ADSM, CommVault, etc.) in large-scale data migration implementations.

Job Requirements

Experience with load balancing, fail-over, I/O, performance tuning and Enterprise Server level backup software and hardware (ADIC, StoreTek) experience is recommended. Looking for highly motivated, team-oriented individual who is able to work effectively under pressure. Must have good communication skills (both written and oral), to work effectively with vendors, clients, and other team members.
