Operations Officer

Job Description

Candidate must posses a TS/SCI, (with full-scope lifestyle polygraph), and have a minimum of three years experience as a sponsor Case/Operations Officer or comparable experience. Comparable experience can be achieved through official travel (TDYs), 3 years as a sponsor desk officer for one of the major Intelligence Sponsor's. A thorough understanding of the HUMINT Intelligence discipline. Successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels of government, commercial and other industry. Candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment where program and process changes are the norm. Must possess excellent briefing, communication, administrative and organizational skills.

Desired Skills

A candidate that is comfortable handling day-to-day challenges and working out solutions to problems with little or no supervision. 5 or more years of experience as a Operations or Desk Officer with a background in telecommunications or information technology. Working knowledge of computer, media and network exploitation tools and methods. Understanding of computer/internet and communications security methods is beneficial. Background in commercial cryptographic and/or information security and collection tools is a plus. Division, Base, Component or other organizational role in a leadership position.

Education

Candidates must possess a B.S., B.A., M.A., or M.S. in EE, CS, MIS, ME, Physics, CIS or other field or verifiable equivalent experience. Equivalent experience is defined as 5-6 years of specialized experience for a Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience for a Master's Degree.

Active TS/SCI security clearances with full scope polygraph.
