MASINT Requirements Technical Assistant - TS / SCI clearance

Calnet is looking to provide assistance to the MASINT Committee (MASCOM) and the Director of Central Intelligence at Bolling Airforce Base in Washington, D.C. We are looking for a MASINT Requirements Technical Assistant who is a U.S Citizen with a Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Job Description

The candidate shall provide technical assistance in the form of preparation for, and addressing actions resulting from, interactions in Community collection requirements subcommittee, discipline-specific working groups, and requirement officers, conduct research into, and documenting feedback resulting from, expired validated collection requirements, and generating requirements addressing undocumented customer needs that could potentially be satisfied by MASINT.This includes preparing collection requirements packages and spreadsheets; daily processing and disseminating of incoming collection requirements; extracting, disseminating and entering requirements into various databases; assisting customers in the generation and submission of requirements; consolidating subcommittee member input on collection requirements; generating requirement summaries; preparing draft minutes on monthly MASINT requirements subcommittee (MRSC) meetings; writing newsletter articles highlighting MRS activities; extracting expired collection requirements; developing summary packages of expired requirements, which will include all appropriate collection tasking information; disseminating expired requirement summaries to appropriate organizations; checking web sites for products generated in response to requirements; writing summaries of product reports for expired requirements; interacting with analysts to determine the value of these product reports to all all-source analysis; generating feedback summaries for MRS meetings; researching customer needs; determining whether or not validated requirements exist to cover those needs; working with customers in formulating new requirements in those areas that have shortfalls; writing draft requirements and coordinating those requirements with customer organizations; and modifying requirements as needed based on input from discipline-specific working groups.

Job Requirements

This task will require a candidate with considerable MASINT experience, a thorough knowledge of MASINT collection/processing/exploitation disciplines and capabilities, experience with RMS and MRS, and good organizational and customer relation skills are highly desirable.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position with TS/SCI clearance.
