MASINT POLICY REVIEW - TS / SCI clearance

Calnet is looking to provide assistance to the MASINT Committee (MASCOM) and the Director of Central Intelligence at Bolling Airforce Base in Washington, D.C. We are looking for a candidate with MASINT Policy Review background who is a U.S Citizen with a Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Job Description

The candidate shall conduct reviews of current government intelligence policy that is directly applicable to MASINT activities. The subject of these reviews will be approved by the COR. Upon approval, the candidate shall identify baseline intelligence policies for retention, identify inconsistencies in current policy, and develop a set of recommended policies, in accordance with overall DCI Guidance. The candidate shall deliver draft intelligence policy documents for further review by the MASINT Committee. An example of a review is a detailed assessment of the proper security policies and controls necessary to adequately and consistently protect intelligence gains from spectral intelligence information.

Job Requirements

This task will require a candidate with MASINT experience, a thorough knowledge of MASINT Policy as well as both DCI and IC policy processes. This individual should have a thorough understanding of IC organizations and be familiar with the various DoD Instructions and DCI Directives.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position with TS/SCI clearance.
