MASINT Committee Assistant
Calnet is looking to provide assistance to the MASINT Committee (MASCOM) and
the Director of Central Intelligence at Bolling Airforce Base in Washington, D.C. We are looking for a MASINT Committee Assistant.
Job Description
The candidate shall assist the MASCOM Executive Secretary to performs a broad
range of substantive, managerial, and administrative support activities. The candidate shall work with the MASCOM's subgroups and related technical forums
and interface with the staff senior intelligence officers specializing in MASINT disciplines to facilitate cross cutting issues and ensure that reports agree on
common formats, analytical approaches, metrics, etc. Specific support elements include: assist in the management of day-to-day office activity, maintain an
archive of MC information, draft info and/or task correspondence to MC members and subgroup Chairmen as necessary to provide/obtain information, maintain a
working relationship with other National Committees, ensure accurate and timely posting of MC-related information on Intelink and SIPRNET, help facilitate MC
actions, facilitate coordination of assessments, help develop staff augmentation options, and recommend business practice solutions. The candidate shall prepare
for the conduct of two MASCOM meetings each month. This includes developing of agendas, scheduling of briefings, preparing read-ahead materials, operating
audio-visual equipment and setting-up conference rooms, preparing draft meeting minutes. The Candidate shall maintain a list of action items, assist in
coordinating Committee activities (visits, meetings, etc.), track feedback,
draft correspondence, and collect and disseminate Committee relevant news.
Job Requirements
This task will require proven editorial, communication, dictation and excellent interpersonal skills. MASINT experience; knowledge of MASINT disciplines and
collection assets; a good understanding of collection operations; and a thorough understanding of IC organizations and missions are necessary.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position with TS/SCI clearance.
