Intelligence Analyst

Intelligence Watch Officer with TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph

The selected candidate is a key member of a team of highly-qualified and motivated individuals in an exciting, fast-paced, mission-critical counterterrorism watch center environment. We specifically seek candidates with an intelligence, military, and/or law enforcement background to serve as Watch Officers at the country’s premier National Counter Terrorist Center Specific core duties for Watch Officers include constant monitoring of multiple channels of classified and open source media for US-related threats on a worldwide basis, drafting situation reports, preparation and presentation of briefing materials, providing early warning and alert to key officials, and facilitating the flow of critical information to those who need it on a timely basis. Qualified candidates must be team-oriented and possess strong analytic, organizational, oral and written presentation skills, and the desire and ability to perform all watch-associated duties.

Job Description

A minimum of three years of operational, analytic, logistical, or administrative experience in intelligence, military, or law enforcement fields is also essential. Candidates must be team-oriented, self-starters, willing to perform all tasks/functions in what can be, at times, a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi level security setting and use of Lotus Notes.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be willing to work shifts on a rotating schedule (These positions involve working set 12 hour shifts (days and nights) Saturday through Friday, working one week on, one week off). Candidates with prior Watch Officer responsibilities from the intelligence community are highly desired. Experience working jointly with CIA, FBI, DIA, DHS, DOS, DOD, or other Intelligence Agencies is also a definite plus. Familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments.

Education

3-5 years directly applicable experience with the intelligence community and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An additional 4 years of experience and a H.S. diploma may be substituted for a degree.

Active TS/SCI security clearances with full scope polygraph.
