Intelligence Analyst

Foreign Disclosure Analyst with TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph

We seek candidates with an intelligence, military, and/or federal law enforcement background to serve as foreign disclosure intelligence analysts at the country’s premier NCTC. Specific core duties include: review analytic products and determine appropriateness for sharing with foreign liaisons, prepare NCTC products for sharing with liaisons, coordinate and submit requests for permission to share information that is not marked releasable, edit and format intelligence products in preparation for dissemination, and support the development of various reports and documentation. The individual will participate with a small team to accomplish various assignments requested by the government customer. Qualified candidates must be familiar with security classifications and controls, possess substantial knowledge of general worldwide events, team-oriented and possess strong analytic, organizational, oral and written presentation skills, and the desire and ability to perform various assignments.

Job Description

Due to the highly sensitive nature of this work, all candidates must possess active TS/SCI security clearances with an active full scope polygraph. A minimum of 5 years of operational and analytic experience in intelligence or military fields is also essential. Candidates must be team-oriented, self-starters, willing to perform all tasks/functions in what can be, at times, a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The willingness to work in an organization committed to high quality customer service is also required. Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi level security setting, multiple intelligence community databases and networks, and use of Lotus Notes.

Qualified candidates must be team-oriented and possess strong analytic, organizational, oral and written presentation skills, and the desire and ability to perform various assignments. A minimum of 10 years of analytic experience in intelligence community performing counter terrorism work is also essential. Candidates must be team-oriented, self-starters, willing to perform all tasks/functions in what can be, at times, a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi level security setting, multiple intelligence community databases and networks, and use of Lotus Notes. Candidates with prior CIA all source intelligence officer, counter terrorism, collections officer, CBRN/WMD, or similar responsibilities from the intelligence community are highly desired. Experience working jointly with CIA, FBI, DIA, DHS, DOS, DOD, or other Intelligence Agencies is also a definite plus. Familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments.

Job Requirements

Candidates with prior CIA all source intelligence officer, counter terrorism, collections officer, or similar responsibilities from the intelligence community are highly desired. Experience working jointly with CIA, FBI, DIA, DHS, DOS, DOD, or other Intelligence Agencies is also a definite plus. Familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments. The ability to communicate difficult concepts to various audiences is desirable. The individual should be able to learn quickly and have the ability to accomplish tasks under limited supervision. The individual should possess a strong attention to detail where the highest quality of products is a constant focus. Candidates with advanced degrees, IC community certifications and training, and foreign assignments are also highly desired.

Education: 5-10 years directly applicable experience with the intelligence community and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An additional 4 years of experience and a H.S. diploma may be substituted for a degree.
