Administrative Assistant with TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph

support position include preparing briefings for senior government officials, perform calendar scheduling, coordinating interviews and training classes,
meeting planning, purchasing office supplies; processing expense reports; managing travel and conference arrangements; preparing correspondence and other
briefings; handle incoming calls for the watch staff and chiefs of the watch; and answering and performing administrative inquiries
as requested. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work well under deadlines. Individual must be a highly organized, flexible team player with the
ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and the desire and ability to provide dedicated support to a dedicated team of government and contractor
Watch Office analysts.
Job Description
A minimum of three years of administrative support in direct support of the intelligence community is essential. Effective use and experience in MS Office applications in a multi level security setting and use of Lotus Notes. Candidates with prior Watch Office or other counter terrorism support responsibilities from the intelligence community are highly desired. Experience working in an environment jointly with CIA, FBI, DIA, DHS, DOS, DOD, or other Intelligence Agencies is also a definite plus. Familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases,
networks, and environments.
Job Requirements
Education: 3-5 years directly applicable administrative experience within the intelligence community. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Active TS/SCI security clearances with full scope polygraph.
