has a need for staff for WATCH FLOOR Analysts 24/7/365 on a
major Federal Agency contract. Employees shall be required
to work rotating shift schedules.
Job Description
Skill in utilizing and analyzing all-sources of security related information. Ability to operate automated systems that process data received into actionable information that can be disseminated to field activities and executives. Skill in developing, analyzing, evaluating security programs, policies, and procedures at the national level. Excellent writing and oral communication skills and extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications. Must hold a current U.S. Secret Clearance.
Job Requirements
The Watch Officer Support will provide 24/7/365 representation, communications, and domain awareness support to the TSOC. The Watch Officer Support works standing shifts in a 24/hour facility and provides key management officials and responders with information, communications and other response-related activities that support the TSOC and other DHS activities. The Watch Officer Support on a daily basis may perform several tasks such as monitoring phone calls, reviewing live news feed, relaying information verbally or through written reports. Written reports will be generated using MS Word. The Watch Officer Support will be familiar with basic incident management tasks and responsible for processing and disseminating information collected within the TSOC and other DHS entities as well as other federal, state, and local agencies.
Education/Level of Experience
2+ Years of College, Associates degree, or equivalent skills, training and 2+ Years organizational support and project experience. Employees will be responsible for providing support to team members as main operational and functional data collection and communications support.
