CALNET MANAGEMENT

	KALEEM S. SHAH, the Founder and President of CALNET, received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, India, a MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, SC and an MBA in International Finance from The George Washington University, D.C. Mr Shah's vision has enabled CALNET to successfully venture into the Federal Government market place where CALNET proudly supports our armed forces all over the world. Under his leadership CALNET remains a debt free company and has successfully grown from within without any external financing. Mr. Shah founded CALNET in 1989.
	HELENA ROBINETTE, Senior Vice President, is a seasoned executive with extensive management and technology experience having worked for various organizations in the past such as the United States Navy, Northrop Grumman, BTG, PRC & Newbridge Networks. Ms. Robinette provides leadership to Calnet in Language Services and Technology arena. Ms Robinette graduated from the University Maryland and was instrumental in the formation of CALNET.
	Kimthy Chao, Chief Financial Officer. Mr Chao is a Fulbright scholar graduating in Business Economics from Western Illinois University. He is CPA licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr Chao has extensive experience in areas of accounting and finance including planning, DCAA compliance and project cost accounting.
	Mr. Kris Menon, Senior Vice President Business Development is a veteran of the Federal Information Technology Industry, with over 20 years of Federal business development and capture management experience within a 30 year career in IT. His previous experience includes positions as Corporate Vice President for Business Development at L3/GSI as well as Sr. Vice President for SOS International and McNeil Technologies. 	Mr. Anthony Scolaro, Chief Technology Officer , has held senior positions with L3 Communications/GSI as Chief Technologist, Digital Equipment Corporation and other leading Federal Systems Integrators in his 20 year career in Information Technology Solutions . He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Notre Dame and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Email: tscolaro@calnet.com
	Feizal Mohideen, Sr. Vice President, West Coast Division is a seasoned executive with extensive management and technology background in the telecommunication and wireless industries. Mr.Mohideen received his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India, MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, and an MBA from Loyola College. His previous experience includes positions at Arinc Inc, Hughes Network Systems, and Ericsson Inc.
	Mr. Timothy J. Lael, Sr. Vice President of CALNET’s Global Aviation and Security Services leads a strategic business unit team of aviation and security professionals to provide safe, effective, and efficient aviation services to federal and commercial customers in a Global environment. Mr. Lael comes to CALNET with well over 38 years of expert knowledge, skills and abilities in Aviation and Security industries. Mr. Lael has 20 years in the USAF in Air Traffic Control, worked as the Chief of Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems and has taught at the University of North Dakota.
