CALNET MANAGEMENT

	KALEEM S. SHAH, the Founder and President of CALNET, received a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from The George Washington University. Mr. Shah has served in a number of telecommunications development efforts in recent years. Mr. Shah founded CALNET in 1989.
	HELENA ROBINETTE, Senior Vice President, is a seasoned executive with extensive management and technology experience having worked for various organizations in the past such as the United States Navy, Northrup Grumman, BTG, PRC & Newbridge Networks. Ms. Robinette provides the necessary leadership to position Calnet as a leader in the technology arena. Helena graduated from the University Maryland.
	Kimthy Chao, Chief Financial Officer. Mr Chao is a Fulbright scholar graduating in Business Economics from Western Illinois University. He is CPA licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr Chao has extensive experience in areas of accounting and finance including planning, DCAA compliance and project cost accounting.
	Mr. Kris Menon, Senior Vice President Business Development is a veteran of the Federal Information Technology Industry, with over 20 years of Federal business development and capture management experience within a 30 year career in IT. His previous experience includes positions as Corporate Vice President for Business Development at L3/GSI as well as Sr. Vice President for SOS International and McNeil Technologies. 	Mr. Anthony Scolaro, Chief Technology Officer , has held senior positions with L3 Communications/GSI as Chief Technologist, Digital Equipment Corporation and other leading Federal Systems Integrators in his 20 year career in Information Technology Solutions . He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Notre Dame and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Email: tscolaro@calnet.com
	Kimberly Scott, Director of Security, has extensive experience and training in Personnel Security, Physical Security, Facility Security, Communications Security, Network Security, and SCIF Security Management. Mrs. Scotts experience includes: The security management of over 140 controlled areas owned by Network Infrastructure Services Agency (NISA), Pentagon; Accreditation oversight of the Pentagon Consolidated Technical Control Facility (PCTCF); Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and Facility Security Officer (FSO) CACI GENESIS II Program; and Tactical Multichannel Communications and Communications Security United States Army.
